Terms of Service

•By applying for a commission, you agree to these terms•

General Conditions

•Commissions will have a longer turnaround time,
as both life and work slow me down and it can be hard to be at work all day every day.
Please be patient when we work together.•

•I hold the right to refuse a commission for any personal reason•
•
•You're welcome to ask for alterations to the art during any stage.
but large changes cannot be made to the finished project unless it is of my own mistake.
errors due to lack of information or communication cannot be changed•
•
•You may not use these commissions for commercial purposes nor claim this work as your own•
•
•You are not permitted to Mint or Sell the commission as an NFT, nor use the piece to train AI softwares•
•
•Copyright of work is not transferred to the commissioner. I will not be using your commission as merchandise (prints, buttons, shirts, etc.) but I do reserve the right to use the final product for self-promotion•
•
•These Commissions are for Private and Personal use only!
As the commissioner, the work commissioned can be used for icons, avatars,
character references, and Tattoos, and can be modified as needed to those ends.•

Payment & Refunds

•payment will be done through paypal invoice,
which will be sent to you once i am ready to work on your slot, where you will be expected
to pay in full upon receiving the invoice.
I will keep in contact with you, but refunds will not be given if you fail to keep contact with me! •

•Full Refunds will not be given after a confirmed and accepted rough sketch.•
•
•Life happens. If you require a refund during the commission,
however there will be a cancellation fee at the cost of whichever stage the commission is at
(i will simply keep that portion of the money, and you will be refunded the rest)•

•If you request a refund just before completion of the commission, or after you have been
sent the completed piece, you will not be eligible for a refund, and will be blacklisted.
I will be working closely with you on this commission, and if you are unhappy with some
of the details that will be for lack of communication, as i will be checking that you are happy
with the commission before continuing at each stage

•All invoices will have the option of a tip.
While tips are incredibly appreciated, you are not required nor expected to leave a tip.

•Backgrounds•
•Heavy tech / Vehicles•

*If you attempt to commission anything hateful / illegal / offensive, your commission will be denied,
and we will not be doing business again. Subjects of this matter are Trans/Homophobia, pedophilia,
Zoophilia, racism etc. Use your common sense.
